Refund policy

 

all sales are final. as a single owner of a small business, processing refunds for change of mind and returns costs my business time and excess money.

however if the item was damaged upon arrival, dm me @cotta.ceramics on instagram or email me at mariacottaceramics@gmail.com with a picture. a replacement will then be sent to you in 1-3 weeks time, depending on inventory. this option is available only 3 days after the item was delivered.
